The second season of the most boring anime this season. Well not in my perspective.
The second season was a way better experience than the first season. The first season felt a bit boring compared to the second even though both of them were really good adaptations of the Manhwa, without any details or important information missing, (as far as I can remember that is) as well as the pacing of the series was properly adjusted to the Manhwa. There just wasn't enough and interesting content happening outside of the first double dungeon and Jin-Woo's second awakening in the first season, so I can also understand all the people hating on Solo Leveling and dropping it. That is also being reinforced because of Jin-Woo's so called "braindead aura farming", where he defeats all enemy's which are completely untouchable for the other characters and saves all of his hunter friends.
I read the Manhwa like three times so I know that the story gets more interesting to the end. And I also really want to see that animated, so I will be definitely watching the upcoming seasons. (That are hopefully coming soon because I don't really know what I should watch right now) The animation overall wasn't bad and luckily there wasn't any 3D animation in it, but that should be the bare minimum and was expected from A-1 Pictures who do their job pretty well. (If you take out SDS)
Solo Leveling is overall a good series and not as boring or lame as some people try to make it seem. But that could also just be because of my bias because I read the Manhwa to many times. 8/10
